| [Objective]: To study the effects of Niujiao Dihuang Granule on Rat models with immune thrombocytopenic purpura. [Methods]: 110 rats were randomly distributed to the normal group, model group, prednisone group, higher-dose group of Niujiao Dihuang Granule and lower-dose group of Niujiao Dihuang Granule. Except the rats in the normal group, all others were injected anti-rat platelet serum (APS) to create ITP models. Thromboxane B2 (TXB2), serum C3 complement, C4 complement and T cell subsets were assayed on a half of rats by ELISA methods and marrow by smear on the 7th after given the drug, while the above indexes were assayed on the other rats on the 11th day.[Results]: The levels of platelet in prednisone group, higher-dose group and lower-dose group of Niujiao Dihuang Granule were significantly higher than those in the model group.The levers of GPâ…¡b,Gpâ…¢a,TXB2 ,CD4 and CD4/CD8 in the higher-dose group of Niujiao Dihuang Granule were significantly higher than those in the model group. As forPAIgG, serum C3 and C4 levels, there were no significant difference among all groups.[Conclusion]: Niujiao Dihuang Granule could improve ITP rats' quantity of PLT and cell immunity function and platelet dysfunction. |
