| This paper mainly studied the effects of taurine on metabolism of free radical and ultrastructure of hepatic tissue in the increasedly exhaustive rats. We build a increasedly exhaustive model and tested the activities of SOD ,GSH-PX ,the concentration of MDA ,1he exhaustive swimming time of rats and viewed the hepatic tissue's ultrastructure in the increasedly exhaustive rats. The results indicate that ,to compare with the sedentary group ,the activities SOD and GSH-PX are lower while the MDA concentrations are obvious higher in the increasedly exhaustive rats (p<0.05) .In the contrast, to compare with the increasedly exhaustive group, the activities SOD and GSH-PX are obvious higher ,the exhaustive swimming time of rats are obvious longer; while the MDA concentration are remarkable lower in the taurine's rats(p<0.05).The changes of hepatic tissue's ultrastructure are proved the effect of taurine on protecting hepati from sports injury. Conclusion: taurine could increase the capacity of antioxidation ,reduce the damage on hepatic ultrastructure which caused by exercise in rats and could increase the capacity of the exercise. |
