The Study On The Chemical Compounds Of Galium Verum L.

With the further study of traditional Chinese Medicine modernization, the study on the fundamental substances is the foundation of setting up a rational standard of quality, developing lower toxicity with higher effect and exploring' new medical resources.Galium verum L. belongs to the family of Rubiaceae. With the function of reducing away heat and toxic material, promoting blood circulation and so on, it is broadly used for years especially in curing lower limb phlebitis with marked curative effect.In this article, in order to make clear about the fundamental substances of Galium verum L. and build a rational standard of quality, we carry out a systematic study on the constituents of Galium verum L. based on the pharmacology experiment. In a conclusion, the 60% EtOH extr. is the availability group.With resin C.C, Polyamide C.C, Si-gel C.C and ODS C.C Sephadex C.C, fifteen monomer compounds are isolated from the 60% EtOH extr. and most of them are flavonoids, organic acid and anthraquinone are also obtained . By now six of them have been identified as : Caffeic acid, Salicylic acid , chlorogenic acid , rutinoside, Diosmin and Palustroside by 1HNMR,13CNMR and MS.
