| At the basis of the TCM theory and clinical materials, the author thinks that the pivotal genesic cause and the pathologic mechanism of Rapid Arrhythmia is deficiency of both Qi and Yin,stagnation of the heart blood.This subject regards promoting Qi and Yin as principle of therapy. According to this ,Tutor invented a new medicine named Pingxinfang to treat this disease. Under the direction of tutor, author made a clinical and experimental research on the effect of Pingxinfang in Rapid Arrhythmia.28 Rapid Arrhythmia patients were treated by taking Pingxinfang drink, Results showed :46.42% prominent effective rate ,with a total effective rate of 85.71%. Pingxinfang drink can improve the symptoms of whole body.,function of left ventricle.It's proved that this drink can treat Rapid Arrhythmia through several links and target points, possessing comprehensive therapeutic effects. It's an effective recipe of treating Rapid Arrhythmia This research does beneficial attempt to enrichthe TCM pathology and therapeutics of Rapid Arrhythmia. |
