Objective: The propose of this paper is to investigate the effects of hyperthermia chemotherapy on cell cytostatics and morphology in different differentiation stage of human gastric cancer cell line ,and provide therapeutic basis for improving the effectiveness of hyperthermia chemotherapy. Methods: (1).We used two-differentiation stage of gastric cancer cell lines (SGC-7901 and BGC-823) under chemotherapy and IHCP (intraperitoneal hyperthermia chemoperfusion) treatment in vitro respectively. MTT were used to compare the growth inhibition effect of the two kinds of therapies on the same stomach cancer cell lines. Also we compared the growth inhibition effect of one kind therapy on two differentiation type gastric cancer cell lines. (2).We also observed the cell morphology on optic microscope and electronic microscope. Results: IHCP has stronger inhibit effect of cell growth on middle SGC-7901 than that of the poor differentiated gastric cancer cell line BGC-823; A lot of vacuole was noticed in SGC-7901 and BGC-823 under electronic microscope as well as optic Microscope , but the vacuole was less found in BGC-823 than SGC-7901. Conclusion: (1) IHCP has significant inhibit effect on gastic cancer cell line. (2) The effectiveness of IHCP treatment to different differentiation type of gastric cancer cell line is not identical. It is not satisfied for poor differentiated type stomach tumor.
