Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Male Climacteric Syndrome From Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Erxian granule in the treatment of male kidney deficiency and liver stagnation of male climacteric syndrome,provide theoretical and clinical basis for further diagnosis and treatment of male climacteric syndrome.Methods:80 patients who were in accordance with the standard of the selected cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group(40 cases each).The treatment group of 40 patients with male more granules(by Erxian Xianmao 10 g,Epimedium 15 g,Morinda officinalis10 g,dodder 20 g,bupleurum root 15 g,Poria 30 g,fried Baizhu 10 g,mint 10 g,Radix Paeoniae Alba30 g,angelica 10 g,by Jiangyin Tianjiang pharmaceutical company according to the dosage of packaging made of granules,each containing crude drug 8G)1 package,2 times a day,warm boiling water.The control group of 40 patients using Testosterone Undecanoate Soft Capsules40 mg bid,immediately after a meal orally.Before treatment and sixth weeks,Twelfth weeks to study on male climacteric syndrome symptom score(the Istanbul Boshorus Department of psychology using self rating scale)and TCM syndrome score.Determination of serum testosterone in all patients before treatment and after twelfth weeks of treatment,statistical analysis,summarize the conclusion.Results:1,the treatment group and the control group of 40 patients,TCM syndrome for 6 weeks and12 weeks after treatment,6 week rate was 44%,treatment group 12 week rate was 87.5%,control group 6 week treatment efficiency was 42.50%,control group 12 week treatment rate was 70%;two groups there was significant difference(P<0.05);TCM syndrome,treatment group before treatment was 29.73±2.22,20.10±4.47 for 6 weeks,12 weeks after treatment was 14.05±6.14;control group of TCM symptoms before treatment is 30.82±2.82,21.50±5.23 for 6 weeks,12 weeks of treatment after 16.76±6.95;the treatment group and control group before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral comparison has significant difference(P<0.001).2,the treatment group and the test before treatment symptom score: physical problems±vasomotor symptoms score of treatment group is 9.70±12.43,the control group is9.65±1.98,the two groups have no obvious difference in P>0.05;psychological symptom score of treatment group was 9.10±2,8.82±1.47 in the control group,the two groups P> 0.05 significant differences in scores of the treatment group;the problems of 10.76±2.08,the control group is10.88±1.71,the two groups before treatment,clinical symptom score showed no significant difference(P>0.05).The treatment group at the 6 week fitness problems±vasomotor symptoms score of treatment group is 4.55±2.02,the control group is 4.95±2.05,the two groups have no significant difference(P>0.05),mental symptom score of treatment group was 3.10±1.58,the control group is 3.65±1.79,the two groups have no significant difference the treatment group(P>0.05);scores of sexual problems was 6.65±2.37,the control group is 6.95±2.10,the two groups have no significant difference(P>0.05);the two groups before treatment and 6 weeks of treatment,clinical symptom score had significant difference(P<0.001).After 6 weeks of treatment group in clinical symptoms score,3 cases markedly effective in 13 cases,24 cases were invalid,the effective rate of treatment group was 40%;the control group after 6 weeks of treatment,the clinical symptom scores,2 cases markedly effective 15 cases,invalid 23 cases,the control group clinical symptom score was42.5%,the treatment group and the control clinical symptom score group showed no significant difference(P>005).The treatment group at the 12 week fitness problems±vasomotor symptoms score of treatment group is 3.05±1.32,the control group is 3.35±1.48,the two groups have no significant difference(P>0.05);psychological symptom score of treatment group was 2.40±1.37,the control group is 2.78±1.59,the two groups have no significant difference the treatment group(P>0.05);scores of sexual problems was 5.75±2.11,the control group is 5.90±1.78,the two groups have no significant difference(P>0.05);the two groups before treatment and 12 weeks of treatment,clinical symptom score had significant difference(P<0.001).The treatment group after 12 weeks of treatment the clinical symptoms score,13 cases markedly effective in 21 cases,6 cases were invalid,the effective rate was 85%,the control group treated 10 patients,symptom scores after 12 weeks markedly effective in 19 cases,invalid 11 cases,the control group was 72.5%,12 weeks of treatment,two groups of clinical symptoms score effect significant differences of the ratio(P<0.05).3,the treatment group before treatment serum testosterone was 15.83±6.46;control group,serum testosterone was 15.91±6.65;there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);the treatment group after 12 weeks of treatment,serum testosterone was 16.43±5.90;the control group after 12 weeks of treatment,serum testosterone was 16.65±5.95,two groups had no statistically significant(of P>0.05).There was a significant difference in serum testosterone between the treatment group before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in serum testosterone between the control group and the 12 week treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the liver and kidney is composed of men more homologous Erxian Granule on kidney deficiency and liver depression of male climacteric syndrome has good curative effect on the curative effect is better than Testosterone Undecanoate Soft Capsules.
