Theory Investigate And Experiment Study On Treating XiaoKeBing (Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus) Through Therapeutic Method Of Tonifying Spleen Yin

Objective: To probe the theory base which treat XiaoKeBing through therapeutic method of tonifying spleen yin, study the mechanism of public recipe of tonifying spleen yin-ShenRouYangZhenTang(SRYZT) by treating it to insulin resistance model of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method: Directing by "essence-qi-yinyang" theory, the author probe the mechanism of spleen yin by studying the pathway of foodstuff essence metabolism ,after retrieving the pathogenesis of XiaoKeBing, the author suggest that dysfunction of foodstuff essence metabolism is the main pathogenesis of XiaoKeBing and therapeutic method of tonifying spleen yin prevents and treats XiaoKeBing by influencing foodstuff essence metabolism. Made insulin resistance model of type 2 diabetes mellitus, showing the influence of insulin resistance and insular island B cell secreting capability by LiGuangWei index and â–³l30/â–³G30;the rats behind legs skeleton muscle glycogen and succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) can show the energy influence. Result. Compel with model group ,SRYZT can improve â–³l30/â–³G30(P<0.05),improve glycogen and SDH of rat's behind legs(P<0.05),but LiGuangWei index has not obviously change (P>.05) . Conclusion: Recipe of tonifying spleen yin - SRYZT can improve insular island B cell secreting capability , enhance the glucose's using in skeleton muscle, so therapeutic method of tonifying spleen yin can prevents and treats XiaoKeBing.
