Clinical Study On Therapy Of Syndrome Of Wind And Heat Of Acute Tonsillitis With Qin Xuan Jie Du Liquid

Objective: To study the pathogenesis of acute tonsillitis and the effect of Qin Xuan Jie Du Liquid(QXJDL) by clinical research. Methods: This experimentation adopted double-blind method.88 sufferer with acute tonsillitis were divided randomly into QXJDL group(66 cases) . Shuang Huang Lian group(22 cases).The change of the integral of main syndrome and the whole were observed before and after treatment;the average grade of two group and the vanishing rate of two group masculine syndrome were observed after treatment. Result: The recovery rate and the total effective rate were 32.26% and 96.77% in QXJDL group,and were 27.27% and 95.45% in shuang huang lian group.By verification,the difference of the recovery rate and total effective rate of two group weren't both statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion: The pathogenesis of syndrome of wind and heat of acute tonsillitis was wind and heat invading the lung,pathogenic heat and sputum and fire accumulating the larynx.QXJDL is effective to syndrome of wind and heat of acute tonsillitis.
