Their mean age is 23.9?.9. Under psychometric personnel's supervising, objects were centralized, then they were investigated by questionnaires, including SCL-90, EPQ, simple coping style scale and self-made life event questionnaire. Ratio of questionnaire recovery is 100 percent in this survey. Among these questionnaires, 962 scales were effective, the effective ratio was 96.2 percent.Statistic analysis were played by using SPSS11.5 and data were analyzed by Descriptive statistic, T-test, Levene's test for Equality of Variances, One-way ANOVA, Rank transform analysis, Factor analysis, Reliability analysis, Regression analysis, Chi-square test. Structure equation model was analyzed by using AMOS4.0 produced by the company SmallWater.Results:1. The total mean score of SCL-90 and scores of all subscales in naval personnel serving at special worksites in south China were more than Chinese norm (P<0.01). The total mean score of SCL-90 and scores of all subscales in naval personnel serving at special worksites in south China were more than Chinese armyman norm (PO.01).2. The compared results of the total mean score of SCL-90 and scores of all subscales showed between naval personnel serving at special worksites in-4-south China and Chinese norm: lhere were no significant differences between all scores of soldiers at mountain look-on site and Chinese norm; (2) The scores of Somatization of soldiers at naval surface ship were lower than Chinese armyman norm (P01), the scores of Obsessive-Compulsive were more than Chinese armyman norm (PO.01); Except for the scores of Somatization, all other scores of submariners were more than Chinese armyman norm (P<0.05) ; Except for the scores of Somatization and Depression, all other scores of soldiers at islands were more than Chinese armyman norm (P.05) ; 〢ll scores of naval aviation were more than Chinese armymen norm (P<0.01). The mental health status of armyman in different worksites showed different trait: There were no significant differences between all scores of airman and Chinese armyman norm; The scores of Obsessive-Compulsive of political cadres were more than Chinese armyman norm (PO.05); Except for the scores of Somatization and Phobia, all other scores of the cadres in ground services were more than Chinese armyman norm (P<0.01); The all scores of soldiers in ground services were more than Chinese armyman norm (P<0.01); Except for the scores of Somatization and Phobia, all other scores of logistic soldiers were more than Chinese armyman norm (PO.05) .3. The results of the total mean scores of SCL-90 of armyman in different worksites showed: there were no significant differences between the cadres and soldiers in ground services; the total scores of SCL-90 of ground crew were more than those of all other worksites (PO.05).4. The results of factors influencing mental health of the cadres in air unit: the multiple regression equation was: the total mean scores of SCL-90 0.724+0.293interpersonal conflict + 0.370nervousness - 0.218positive coping styles + 0.165negative coping styles + 0.165family events (R=0.636).By introducing interactions, the multiple regression equation was: the total mean scores of SCL-90 = 1.390 + 0.898* interpersonal conflict - 0.701* negative coping styles + 0.183 family events - 0.678(positive coping styles-5-* interpersonal conflict) + 1.181(nervousness negative coping styles) (R=0.715) (change of R2 is significant, P=0.00...
