The Mathematical Model Research About Traditional Chinese Medical Science

In the past thousands of years, traditional Chinese medical science was in the major position in curing the diseases to save the patients. But the rapid development of western medicine in the past several hundred years has fiercely challenged traditional Chinese medical science. Currently more and more people prefer science and technology to fallacy, and they always take a suspicious attitude to the unproved things. There are many difficulties between traditional Chinese medical science and western medicine: western medicine is the science that can be found out by scientific instruments; however, traditional Chinese medical science still can't be proved till now. Even with the advanced microscope, we can't find substantive composition of main and collateral channels. Because of the above facts, we begin to doubt traditional Chinese medical science, is it exist? How did the Chinese doctors save the patients by using it? Considering the key position of main and collateral channels in traditional Chinese medical science, modernization of traditional Chinese medical science depends on the research of main and collateral channels. Thus we need to research and explain main and collateral channels with several scientific tools.In order to explore main and collateral channels, the researchers in this area has attempted variety of methods, but they do not find the perfect solution till now. A traditional culture must combine with mathematics for being a real science. In this article, we establish several mathematical model of the traditional Chinese medical science. If this model worked, we can simulate it by computer and explain the traditional Chinese medical science with scientific language.In this paper, we investigate the model of Five Elements Theory. Five Elements Theory is one of most important theories in traditional Chinese medical science. Since Main and Collateral Channels Theory and Internal Organs Theory depend on Five Elements Theory, the mathematical model of Five Elements Theory is the first problem that we need to reslove. We only use the fundamental mathematics in the model, like calculus.
