Objective: Exploring Zhen Qi nourishing kidney granulations'clinical curative effect and safety to chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN) (pattern of deficiency of both qi and yin and accompanying symptoms of damp-heat). Methods: Adopted randomization, double blindness, double mimesis, positive medicine control of equal rank, multi-central, the third period clinical trial of method, this research selected 480 suitable cases that were parted two groups at random in which the ratio of experimental groups to control groups was 3 : 1, of which experimental groups took the Zhen Qi nourishing kidney granulations ( 1 bag, tid ) and mimetic amyla tablet ( 8 tablets, tid ) and control groups took the nephritis Kang Fu tablet ( 8 tablets, tid ) and mimetic mimetic amyla granulations (1 bag, tid ) . Every eight weeks made a period of treatment. After eight weeks, We observed the curative effect of CGN, of symptoms and signs, of albuminuria, of erythrocyturia, of the symptom and safety analysis. Results: Curative effect evaluation. In the PP crowd, the experimental groups showed more curative effect than the control groups in treating CGN, symptoms and signs, albuminuria, no desire to speak due to asthenia of qi, feverish palms and soles, dry mouth and throat, epigastric oppression and poor appetite, dry mouth and no desire to drink. .Total efficiency rate was 73.29%, 79.82%, 60.83%, respectively, in the experimental groups of treating CGN, Symptoms and signs, Albuminuria. It was 57.27%, 63.64%, 50.00%, respectively, in the control groups. (P<0.01, 0.05). There were significant differences between two groups of symptoms of the above-mentioned by statistical disposal (P<0.01,0.05) (There were significant differences between two groups of the above-mentioned by statistical disposal of stratified chi-square test). There were no significant differences between two groups of other cardinal symptom and secondary and erythrocyturia by statistical disposal (P > 0.05). Safety analysis. There were no untoward reactions in both experimental groups and control groups in the clinical practice. Conclusion: Exploring Zhen Qi nourishing kidney granulations have a credible curative effect, safe and steady function with no side effect. Therefore, it is a satisfied Chinese medicine in curing chronic glomerulonephritis (pattern of deficiency of both qi and yin and accompanying symptoms of damp-heat). The conclusion still depends on further confirmation in the fourth period of clinical practice by amplifying samples. |
