It mainly includes dredging hao yang? invigorating qi and nourishing yin, clear away heat and removing dampness and toxic substances, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, and is a simple herbal compound prescription. In the former study, we observed the clinical effect of 104 cases and 206 cases who suffer from CGN, the total effective rate being 88.46% and 87.86 respective. Then we performed a serial of experiments, the result confirming the effect of Nephritis No 3 prescriptions and showing the prime mechanism. To explore the optimal pathological type of chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN)to nephritis No 3 prescription and the cell ~?lar molecular biology of nephritis No 3 preseription,we performed the present clinical and experimental study. In the present sudy, with renal aspiration biopsy, defined the pathological type of 50 patients who were diagnosed as CGN. Then got the therapeutic evaluation of nephritis No 3 prescription on the 50. The result showed, of 50 CON patients, 29 cases were MsPGN, 11 cases IgAN, 4 cases MN, 3 cases MPGN, 1 case ML, FS~S and PSGN. The completely remittent rate is 32%, and the partly remittent rate is 54%. The total effective rate is 86%.
