Three Dimensional Treatment Plan System (3D-TPS), core of Conformal and Intensity Modulation Radiation Therapy Plan System, is increasingly applied to the process of malignant tumor therapy. Meanwhile, the key technologies of 3D-TPS have become focus of tumor therapy research. These technologies involve the knowledge of Computer Graphics, Image Process, Biomedicine, Industry Autocontrol, and Mechanics. First of all, this dissertation presents the function and trait of the three dimensional treatment plan system created by us. After that, the topic discuss there key technologies in the 3D-TPS. A three dimensional reconstruction algorithm which is appropriate for Medical Imageology is present; on the basis of ray-casting, a very fast variable step-size based algorithm for digitally reconstructed radiograph is presented; a reformed dose calculation algorithm for three dimensional dose calculations is present. The successful development of this system will radically change the situation that foreign companies monopolize advanced medical equipments all the time, which will make great contribution to the radiotherapy cause of our country.
