As the deepening of health system reform and intensifying of medical market competition, it is more difficult for hospital to develop, which makes many hospital expand fast. As a result, this satistifies the increasing medical demand and brings many problems as well. Military hospitals are in the face of the press from the reform of national medical care system and military system.
