Clinical Study On Baoshenjiangzhuo Decoction Treating Qi And Yin Deficiency Of CRF

Objective:To approach the mechanism of its treatment of CRF from the clinical research angle. Because Baoshenjiangzhuo decoction has an effect that can invigorate the spleen and tonify the kidney, that can promote blood circulation to dispel blood stasis ,that can excrete waste from the bladder or bowels. Method: 80 patients who are suffering CRF are divided into two sets in random.And 50 examples were treated with Baoshenjiangzhuo decoction, while 30 examples with NiaoDuqing as a control group. All two sets match with the medicine to cure the symptom, both are regarded one month as a period of treatment. After two months we observe its curative effect, its influencenent to the kidney function, blood plasma ET-1 and its untoward reaction to humans. Result: Baoshenjiangzhuo decoction sets can obviously improve clinical symptoms, total efficient rate amount to 86.00%, surpass matched control 66.67% (P<0.05); Obviously improve Chinese medicine syndrome(P<0.05); Obviously improve kidney function(P<0.05), lower the blood plasma level of the sufferer's ET-1 (P<0.05). And its untoward reaction rate is 0.00%. Conclusion: Baoshenjiangzhuo decoction can regulate the whole body and slow the course of CRF at different points under the guideline of planning treatment according to diagnosis. And it has an effect that ameliorate symptom, increase the sufferer's quality of life , delay into the dialysis time, having no obvious vice- reaction. So Baoshenjiangzhuo decoction is a safe and effective square of therapy in CRF.
