| In this paper, combining the modern techigues, the operating mechanis of HWQZ decotion on chronic superficial gastritis was explored by means of clinical and experimental research in order to find new way and effective drugs. On the basis of clinical syndrom differentiation we come to the conclusion that chronic superficial gastritis are resulted from retention of dampness-heat in middle-Jiao and stagnation of qi in the middle-Jiao.30 cases were treated by HWQZ which is based on the rapentic principle of regulating qi to disperse staguation. And 30 cases served as control group were treated by Wei-Mei-Su. The results showed that the cases rate and total effective that of treat group is 50%, 93.33%, respectively, which is remarkably better than that of control group (P<0.01). Experiments indicated that HWQZ has effects of antiinflammation, eliriating pain, increasing cAMP/cGMP value of gastric tissue, intensifying, gastric emptying, promoting remorafion and regeneration of gastric mucosu. The author conclude in the end that HWQZ could ineigorate spleen and ingorate the stomach, lower the abnormal rising energy and eleviate pain, thus take effect of curing chronic superficial gastritis. |
