| Objective: To observe the total white blood cell counts eosinocyte counU albumin and T lymphocyte subgroup in alveolar perfusion of asthmatic guinea pig. The changes of blood leukocyte count glucocorticoid receptor and the effect of kangchuanwan. To study the mechanism of warming yang for antiasthma and decreasing qi for diluting sputum in healing asthma.Methods: 80 cases of healthy guinea pig were randomized divided into four groups, i.e. blank group (A group) , asthma group (B group ),asthma+kangchuanwan group (C group ), asthma + xiaochuanning group (D group), 20 cases each group. ( 2) Inhaled with 1% OVA to make guinea pig allergic . Inhaled with 2% OVA to make asthma model. Dyed with Wright and Giemsa, classified and count cells with the optical microscope; measured the content of albumin in the liquid on determining with Lowry ; Measure T lymphocyte subgroup of asthma model with flowing type cell apparatus . Measure leucocyte glucocorticoid receptor quantity in periphery blood.Results: ( 1) The total white blood cell count, eosinocyte count and albumin in alveolar perfusion of asthmatic guinea pig of asthma model group is significantly increased. The total cell amount, eosinocyte count and the albumin in BALF after treatment of kangchuanwan group decreased notably. Compared with the blank group, significant difference was found in the total cell count and eosinocyte count in the two groups. (2) In asthma model group the level of periphery blood CD+3 cell, CD+4 cell , CD+8 cell , CD+4 /CD+8 increased notably, the level of CD+3 cell , CD+4 cell are reduced notably after treatment of kangchuanwan, no significance change of CD+8 cell.
