The Mobile Telemonitoring System based on GSM transmits biomedical data and fulfills real time monitoring by GSM mobile net. It reduces the medical service difference by the restrict of region in virtue of mobile communicate technology and information process technology, and provides wider development to modern medicine. The task designed the total frame,terminal,signal process system and central monitoring system of mobile monitoring system. The task accomplished the total design, hardware design and correlative software of the system. The central works are the followings: The first, introduced the frame of mobile monitoring system, at the same time analyzed the design request,project and principle of each part. Because this design applied the wearable ECG collection system,this article brought forward and analysed the basic requests of the wearable design, and introduced the design of the total wearable mobile monitoring system terminal. The second, designed the hardware based on the requests of the wearable mobile monitoring system including the ECG amplifier,50Hz filter,highpass/lowpass filter,power supply transfer circuit and the signal process system. The ECG amplifier applied improved three leads to collect ECG signal, then amplified the signal by high-powered amplifier, filtrate interfere signal by the 50Hz filter and the highpass/lowpass filter, power supply transfer circuit supplied power of the system terminal. The signal process system is mostly accomplished by MSC1210, the system accomplished the digital amplify of ECG signal,digital filter,AD transfer and the temporary memory, and accomplished the connect to the GSM module by serial port. At the software, the task used Delphi to design the central monitoring system. Used API function to compile serial port data receive procedure, the procedure is simple debug,steady and reading data rapidly. The article used multithreading technology to accomplish the synchro function of ECG receive and the display of ECG waves. It used the difference method to accomplish the detect of QRS wave. In the end, the article summarized the whole design and forecasted the after work of wearable ECG collection,signal process,transmit system,receive system etc. The system commplished the ECG collection, amplification, filtrate, transfer, wire transmittal, receiver, the real time display of ECG wave and the detection of QRS wave. Although it is not debuged by GSM emissing module, the basic requests of the system are achieved and can be combined to GSM module.We believe with the development of the correlative technology the system will contribute to the medical care cause.
