| Breast cancer is the highest incidence of malignancy in women,and there is a trend of younger to breast cancer patients.Survey data show that,approximately 63.6% of patients who have been diagnosed with breast cancer by hospital for the first time are in the middle and late stages,leading to treatment delay and affect the survival rate of breast cancer patients.At present,early detection,early diagnosis,early treatment,which are known as "three early" treatment,is recognized as the most effective treatment of breast cancer.And experts in related fields also advise women to insist on doing monthly breast self-examination.However,due to lack of professional knowledge,daily self-examination for most women is difficult to achieve the expected results of the inspection,and must be detected by means of some instruments.But the existing molybdenum target testing,ultrasound testing,MRI testing or other detection methods are not suitable for daily self-examination,for the reason of high testing fee,being harmful to body and being required to go to the hospital.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a portable device which can assist women in self-examination.In this study,a wearable system for the early risk monitoring of breast cancer was designed.based on the resonant frequency of the electrical impedance spectroscopy(REIS)technique.In the early stage,we have completed the clinical detection of breast cancer based on REIS technology,and acquired good results in clinical testing.In this paper,the wearable application of REIS technology is designed to realize the wearable system for early breast cancer risk monitoring.The system is divided into three parts: intelligent corset,mobile terminal and cloud server.Intelligent corset is the detection part of the system,the internal of which integrates some electrode sensors,using REIS technology to collect the breast impedance data.The mobile terminal is the human-computer interaction part of the system,not only can connect and control intelligent corset,but also can reflect the current measurement state and upload measurement data.Cloud server is the background service of the system,which provides risk value calculation and data storage service,and help users to save each measurement data.After continuous debugging and optimization,this system has completed the function of each part,realizing the expected goal basically.Intelligent corset can realize the function of collecting breast data,and transmitting analysis results to the phone.The mobile terminal is simple and clear to use.Users can connect the corset to their mobile server,displaying and controlling the entire measurement process.The cloud server is able to real-time monitor the client’s request,accepts and stores users’ data,calculates testing results and returns to users.During the debugging process,we have carried out simulation tests and physical tests to verify the data collection function of the corset.In the simulation test,the system is tested on the stability of the physical capacitance and found that the resonance frequency error of each measurement is not more than 2%,indicating the system stability is good.In the initial physical examination of the hospital,the measured breast data had a significant response to the abnormal condition of the measured object.At the end of this paper,we discuss the existing problems of system and give a corresponding solution,which may help the system to get further optimize and promote the system putting into practical application more quickly.We hope our system can help women breast’s self-examination,and plays a role in breast cancer early risk monitoring. |
