The Huatanquyu Decoction's Clinical Effect To Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris

This study, basing on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine and combination of Traditional Chinese with Western medicine. It systematically and intensively explores the etiological factors and therapeutic methods for Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease from both theoretical and clinical aspects. The research considers that Tanzhuo and Yuxue as the main causes of CHDAP, and accordingly adopts eliminating the Tanzhuo and Yuxue to make the body recover as the main therapeutic method. In the study, Hua Tan Qu Yu Decotion is taken as the test group with Xin Tong Kou Fu Ye as the controlled one and with 30 subjects in each group. The results show that the controlled and effective rate in the test group is superior to that in the controlled one(P< 0. 05). In the aspect of eliminating symptoms, improving living conditions and the ECG, the test group is superior to the controlled one (P< 0. 05) . The mechanism might be related to relieving pains, regulating circulation function, improving hemorheological index and bettering microcirculation, etc. Base on this view, it treats CHDAP in effective ways.
