| This experiment investigated the restraint effect function of liu-shen-wan to S180 transplanted tumor in small rats and human MCF-7 cancer cells. This experiment researched the mechanism of anti-tumor angiogenesis with the method of immunity organize the chemistry and technique. The research proved that liu-shen-wan can repress the expression of MVD, b-FGF of the S180 tumor and the b-FGF, MMP-9 of the MCF-7 cells. High concentration is more effective than the lower. Low concentration used together with DDP is the best. So liu-shen-wan can not only kill the malignant or cancer cells directly, but also can restrict them with the method of from anti-tumor angiogenesis mechanism. Combined with the DDP in using can get the better effect. |
