Objective: To discuss the protect effect of Urokinase injection and Tan re-qing injection on lung injury induced by Hyperoxia in newborn rats. Methods: 120 newborn rats were assigned to hyperoxic group, treatment group and control group randomly. They were sacrifieed at the post-modoel 3rd .7th and 14th day. then their lungs were achieved for HK staining and immunohistochemistry to observe the growth degree and measure the Collagen I,TGF-β1TGF-βR I,TGF-βR II, and were performed lung megakaryocytes cell cout. The results of each group were statistically compared. Results: The expression of Collagen I, TGF-β1 TGF-βR I, TGF-βR II in hyperoxic group was significantly higher than that in treatment groupand control group, P<0.01. and no significant correlation with Urokinase group and Tan re-qing group, P>0.05. Lung megakaryoeytes cell cout in hyperoxic group was significantly lower than that in Urokinase treatment group and control group. P<0.01. and no significant correlation with Urokinase group and Tan re-qing group, P>0.05. Conclusions: Treatment with Urokinase injection and Tan rc-qing injection on lung injury induced by Hyperoxia in newborn rats play the protective role, and decrease the occurrence of bronehopulmonary dysplasia(BPD).
