Medical Results Observation Of The Combined Pharmacotherapy To The Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

Purpose: To observe the clinical medical results and the safety of the Combined Pharmacotherapy to the Chronic Congestive Heart Failure, the foundation medicines are digitalis, diuretic (dihydrochlorothiazide or Furantel), nitrate, ACEI, enalapril maleate, then plus the medicines of 6 receptor retarder Metoprolol tartrate and aldosterone antagonist Antisterone etc.Methods: To select 67 cases of CHF patients, divide them into two groups according to the situations of treatment: For the contrast group (34 cases), to undertake the routine treatment with digitalis, diuretic, nitrate and enalapril maleate. For the observation group (33 cases): On the foundation of the routine treatment, to plus the treatment for 4 - 8 weeks with Metoprolol tartrate and Antisterone.Results: The effective rates of the observation and contrast groups are 87.9% and 58.8% (P<0.01). The side effects rate are 15.1% and 17.6%. The combined treatment has better results to the improvements than the routine methods. In accordance with the American New York Cardic Disease Association's Grading Standard, the improvement grade of Grade I and II are better than the routine methods. There are little difference at the side effective rate (P>0.05).Conclusion: The Combined Pharmacotherapy to the Chronic Congestive Heart Failure, with the foundation medicines of digitalis, diuretic (dihydrochlorothiazide or Furantel), nitrate, ACEI, enalapril maleate, and plus the medicines of β receptor retarder Metoprolol tartrate and aldosterone antagonist Antisterone is the best treatment methods at present.
