The levels of TNF-α mRNA of placenta in mild and severe preeclampsia were 0.371 ± 0.12, 0.892±0.347 respectively. There were all obviously significant than normal pregnant group 0. 138 ± 0. 092 (P<0. 01). There was all obviously significant in mild preeclampsia than severe preeclampsia (P<0. 01). The levels of TNF-α mRNA of placenta in pregnant hypertension (0.140± 0. 057) . There was not obviously significan in pregnant hypertension than normal pregnant group (P>0. 05). 2. The levels of TGF-β1 of placenta in mild and severe preeclampsia were 0. 752 ± 0. 133, 1. 016 ± 0. 346 respectively. There were all obviously significant than normal pregnant group 0. 384 ± 0. 098 (P<0. 01). There was all obviously significant in mild preeclampsia than severe preeclampsia (P<0. 01). The levels of TGF-β1 mRNA of placenta in pregnant hypertension (0.402 ± 0. 126) . There was not obviously significan in pregnant hypertension than normal pregnant group (P>0. 05). 3. TNF-α mRNA and TGF-β1 mRNA levels of placenta in preeclampsia obviously correlated with the levels of SBP,DBP,MAP, proteinuria ,the weight of newborn and placenta weight. 4. The levels of TNF-α mRNA and TGF-β1 mRNA of placenta in FGR of HCDP(0. 593 ± 0. 215, 0. 781 ± 0. 315) were obviously higher than in no-FGR of HCDP (0.221 ± 0.043, 0.501 ± 0. 237) (P<0. 01). 5. In early developed group and late developed group, TNF-α mRNA levels of placenta were 0. 602 ± 0. 119 和 0. 593 ± 0. 327;TGF- β1 mRNA levels of placenta were 0. 784± 0. 083 和 0. 752 ± 0. 301 .There was not obviously significant between early developed group and late developed group.6. There was all obviously significant between TNF-α mRNA levels and TGF- β1 mRNA levels in placenta (P>0. 05).Conclusions 1. The results suggests that the levels of TNF-α mRNA and TGF- β1 mRNA in placenta are all gradually increased in preeclampsia, which was not changed in pregnant hypertension.2. The levels of TNF-α mRNA and TGF-β1 mRNA of placenta in preeclampsia obviously correlated with pathogenesis of preeclampsia.3. The levels of TNF-α mRNA and TGF-β1 mRNA of placenta obviously correlated with devepement of fetus. 4. The levels of TNF-α mRNA and TGF-β1 mRNA of placenta did not correlated with time in which patients were Ill(HDCP). | Keywords/Search Tags: | hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, placenta, pregnancy, tumor necrosis factor-αmRNA, transforming growth factor-β1mRNA | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
