Objective:To evaluate the changes of the levels of MMP-2, TIMP-2,TGF-β1 in placenta of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,and the correlation between TGF-Bl and MMP-2.It would provide a new train of thought for further study of the pathogeny.Methods: 1 The study subject1.1The study group: 13 patients with gestational hypertension(gestational hypertension group) who had prenatal examinations and delivered in the Obstetrics of the Second Hospital of HeBei Medical University were selected from December 2004 to April 2005. Mean age of them was 28.23 ± 1.69 years old,mean gestational age was 38.54 ± 1.08 weeks. Diagnosis criteria: blood pressure≥ 140/90mmHg,which happen in pregnancy for the first time,and can recover after 12 weeks of delivery;proteinuria(-);the patients can be accompanied with epigastric pain or thrombocytopenia, which only can be diagnosed after delivery. 30 patients with preeclampsia (PE group,18 patients with severe preeclampsia and 12 patients with mild preeclampsia were involved).
