The research contents of the occupational hygiene should be that solve the problems how discover the occupational taboo, how prevent and cure as soon as the occupation disease, second clinical pathological changes and long-term effect earlier period. Moreover, ergonomics, bad posture, biologic rhythm, occupational psychological tension in the work process etc., should also list as the focal point of the occupational hazard research. Method We choose three representative enterprises and supervised the voice, poison (methyl alcohol, ammonia), dust(coal dust, the electric welding dust) in the place. at the same time we also examined ultrasonic of liver, gall-bag, spleen and the blood sugar, blood fat, blood pressure, cardiogram, liver function and general measure of blood, urine. Result We supervised the voice of methyl alcohol factory. Result showed the voice average value of the power workshop was higher obviously than the methyl alcohol workshop and synthesize ammonia workshop (p<0.05).The methyl alcohol workshop and synthesize ammonia workshop to have no obvious difference (p>0.05).The voice of each monitor point of synthesize ammonia workshop and methyl alcohol workshop all don't outrun the health standard, but the over-standard rate of the power workshop is 25%. The ammonia concentration at the side point of compressor is higher than the side point of the conversion stove (p<0.05), but all results don't outrun the health standard. Concentration of methyl alcohol at two examined location of the methyl alcohol workshop were obviously different, the rectify workshop was obviously higher than bottle workshop (p<0.05), but do not outrun the request of the health standard. The voice level of generates electricity workshop was obviously higher than the fuel factory (p<0.05) in the power station, compared with the fuel factory was also obviously higher (p<0.05). The coal dust density of the generate electricity workshop was obviously lower than the fuel factory (p<0.05), and the rate of over-standard on the fuel factory is 86.7%. The voice level in branch office of well boring company is obviously higher than other locations (P<0.05), measure at all point all didn't outrun the health standard. Density of the electric welding dust the industry company, machine repair factory was than obviously higher than artesian well branch (p<0.05), but all didn't outrun the request of the health standard. The high blood pressure detection rate was 15.8% for woman worker of the methyl alcohol factory power workshop, but it had not checked at other two workshop woman worker the time; Hear abnormality rate was obviously higher than the methyl alcoholworkshop and synthesize ammonia workshop (P<0.05); the detection rate of Other various abnormality have no obvious difference (p>0.05). Liver function changing and hear abnormality of the male worker at the methyl alcohol factory power workshop had a obviously increasing to compared with other two workshop (P<0.05). The detection rate of abnormal liver function was obviously higher among woman worker at fuel factory than that generate electricity workshop (P<0.05). B type ultrasonic abnormality rate was 9.4% for woman worker of the fuel factory. Abnormality rate of liver function to male worker of fuel factory was obviously higher than generate electricity workshop (P<0.05).The other workshop have no obvious difference (p>0.05). The liver function at Artesian well branch male worker had obviously increase with other two branches (P<0.05); Abnormality rate of general measure of blood, urine, blood sugar and the blood fat was obviously low in other two branches (P<0.05). Three large enterprise woman worker check-up results, such as table 13 showed, detection rate of the high blood pressure at the methyl alcohol factory and artesian well company to distinguish as 4.5% and 8.0%; The liver function abnormality of worker of the power station was obviously high in other business enterprises (p<0.05); B type ultrasonic abnormality rate at worker of the artesian well company obviously high in other two business enterprises (p<0.05); abnormality rate of other items to have no obvious difference (p>0.05)at each enterprise.check-up result of three large enterprises male worker, such as table 14 showed, the high blood pressure, the cardiogram abnormality rate among worker of power station and artesian well company was obviously higher than the methyl alcohol factory (P<0.05); The liver function abnormality rate for workers of the power station was checked to have obviously high in other business enterprises(p<0.05); abnormality rate of blood normal regulations at workers of the methyl alcohol factory had obviously increase to other business enterprises(p<0.05); The B type ultrasonic abnormality rate at workers of the artesian well company check was obviously higher than workers of methyl alcohol factory and power station(p<0.05), and the methyl alcohol factory is also obviously high in the hot power station.(p<0.05). Conclusion Occupational factor of the large business enterprise endanger is the voice, the voice can cause to hear hazard and other system, and the voice can also create unite action with other occupations harmful factor. Countermeasure 1. The emphasis of the occupational health work should be on the occupational health protection. According to the law of occupational disease protection, the working weaknesses are: The project of occupational disease reporting and application, the pre-evaluation and post-evaluation of occupational disease of construction projects, the monitoring and cure of poisonous position, the medical check before job andpost-job, etc. 2. Methods For The Occupational health Healthy Education. The occupational health healthy education, which uses the theories and methods to train the people of the companies which having the occupational disease positions. Aims to persuade them to give up the bad health habits and behaviors. it has two aspects: (1) The education of the companies who employ staff members. (2) The education of the workers. 4. Avoid the serious poisonous accidents by implementing the strategies of occupational health working as following aspects: Treatment, education, management, technology, hardware, on-spots, qualification, etc. 5. Strengthen the team-building of the occupational disease protection. The occupational health protection institute has two functions, which are equal to the companies, at the same time, it has to manage the grassroots with reference of the law of the occupational health protection and cure. (1) To promote the law of the occupational health protection and cure. (2) To help the enterprise and the departments to set up theregulations of occupational health protection. (3) Doing well in adjusting the government and the enterprises on the implementing the law of the occupational health protection and cure as a bridge. (4) Providing the occupational health protection services for the enterprises. It is believed that the occupational health protection and cure work will be improved very soon with the rapid development of the economic construction and building of our country. And I am sure that there will be a new stage of the occupational health protection and cure work in the state-owned enterprises in the near future.
