Objective to evaluate the correlation between multiple cardiovascular risk factors and the result, extent and severity of angiographic coronary artery in the patient underwent coronary angiography. Method seventy-three consecutive patients underwent, coronary angiography were selected according to inclusion criteria. The result , extent and severity of angiographic coronary heart disease were diagnosis by (1) whether or not coronary heart disease was diagnosed by angiography;(2) the number of diseased vessels;(3) the coronary vessels cumulative index. Cardiovascular risk factors included were age, gender, hypertension, smoking status, diabetes mellitus, dyslipdemia, lipid level, blood pressure level, and uric acid level. Analyses were achieved by univariate and multivariate analysis. Result :gender, smoking, hypertension, systolic blood pressure level, pulse pressure , pulse pressure index, TC/HDL-C, LDL-C/HDL-C, uric acid level are related to coronary heart disease .Regression analysis showed that high pulse pressure and high uric acid level are significantly related to coronary heart disease. Conclusion pulse pressure and uric acid are closely related to coronary heart disease, They are predictors for patients with coronary heart disease and the results can be used in clinical indication.
