Document studiedGuangdong TuNiuXi is a subway herbal medicine in GuangDong. It has faraway used medicate history in the "ZhuSanJiao" area above all. It has effects of dispel the wind, remove the swelling, detoxification, dispel the bruise. It was used to curing gorges inflamedandache, diphtheria, cold, fever, anticipateflu, biting by snake, scald and so on. This account Compound TuNiuXi has fine effects of anti - inflammation, anti-bacteria, analgesic, antifebrile.Therefor, there are many compound that was made up of GuangDongTuNiuXi whom is basis, but there were not broadcast on pharmacodynamics of the compound sirup.Therefore,this problem, s foothold is the study on pharmacodynamics of the compound sirup. So that can afford scientific gist for its clinical appliance, and make the pharmacological base for exploit it to new medicine.Therefore, this problem mainly study about the pharmacodynamics aspect content of the compound sirup, these comprise in detail:Exeriment studied1. Experiment about anti-inflammation effectsObjective: To get the message about Compound TunNiuXisirup's anti-inflammation effect. Methods: Such as albumen inducing SD rats pedal swelling, Acetic acid inducing mice peritonitis and cotton-pellet inducing SD rats granuloma were carried out to observe the anti-inflammation effects of Compound TunNiuXi sirup's. Results: It showed obvious inhibitory effects on SD rats pedal swelling, the capillary permeability of abdominal cavity and cotton-pellet. Conclusion: Compound TunNiuXi sirup had inhibitory effects on acute and chronic inflammation.2. Experiment about analgesic effectsObjective: Our aim was to study the analgesic effects of Compound TunNiuXi sirup. Methods: Different doses of Compound TunNiuXi sirup were given to the mice, then compared with the analgesic effects of Aspirin and Different doses of Compound TunNiuXi sirup on the mice that were in vestigated with hot plate and acetic acid induced body twist. Results: Different doses of Compound TunNiuXi sirup could increase the pain threshold obviously and reduce the frequency of body twist. Conclusion: Compound TunNiuXi siruppossesses strong analgesic effects.3. Experiment about antipyretic effectsObjective: To study the antipyretic effect of Compound TunNiuXi sirup .Methods: Fever induced by dry yeast in SD rats was used to study the antipyretic effect of Compound TunNiuXi sirups defferent doses. Results: Compound TunNiuXi sirup can markedly inhibit the fever in the model anmals, the effect is similar to Asipirin. Conclusion: Compound TunNiuXi sirup was proved having significant antipyretic effect.4. Experiment about anti-virus effectsObjective: To observe Compound TunNiuXi sirup anti-virus effects interally infected mice models and the effects of CPEI to CoxB4 , HVJ, RSV, HSV-I. Methods: used virus infected mice models was established by administering influenza virus through nose, and then Compound TunNiuXi sirup was given intragastrically, the antiviral effect was observed by count the percent of preventing death, death rate and the rate of prolong death;throw planted CoxB4, HVJ, RSV, HSV-I in the cell, then used the inverted microscope to observe the CPE by CoxB4, HVJ, RSV, HSV-I, appraised Compound TunNiuXi sirup anti-virus effects in vitro. Results: Compound TunNiuXi sirup could significantly reduce the death rate, heightened the percent of preventing death and the rate of prolong death;it also significantly inhibit CPE in the cell. Conclusion: Compound TunNiuXi sirup has a strong anti-influenza effects on virus infected mice models and CPEI in vitro.
