Objective: We employed MEG to study M75 and M100 in visual evoked magnetic field, stimulated by whole and half field pattern reversal of children with anisometropic amblyopic eyes and normal eyes as control, to investigate the imposable cortical machine of anisometropic amblyopia.Method: Firstly, we recorded visual evoked magnetic field of 5 anisometropic amblyopic children and 4 normal children by whole and half field pattern reversal stimulation. Using 1.5T MRI, the images of coronal and lateral axis were rebuilt and translated to MEG workstation. Racing recognition site, making sphere pattern and transmitting MRI coordinate system to MEG coordinate system were three fundamental steps of the study. At last, location data of MEG and anatomical image of MRI were put into together, through MEG-MRI Integration software. The parameter of one group was performed by paired T-test.
