Quality Of Life Study On CHD Patient Treated By Chinese Medicine According To Syndrome Differentiation

Medical Outcomes Study Short Form-8(Mos SF-8) and Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ) are adopted to the study and add the content of Chinese Syndrome to make the questionnaire on quality of life for Coronary Heart Disease(CHD).50 patients accepting the treatment of Chinese medicine according to syndrome differentiation and 48 patients accepting the normally treatment of western medicine simultaneously are surveyed via questionnaire to investigate quality of life about 4 weeks before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment. We analyse the important influence factors to quality of life for CHD and assess quality of life in two groups after treatment.The study shows that: 1 .Treatment of Chinese medicine according to syndrome differentiation can improve syndrome of heart, decrease the numbers of angina and incidence of acute coronary insufficiency,so promote quality of life. 2.Sexuality,old,literacy degree,incorporation disease and the course of primary disease have different influence to quality of life for CHD and treatment of medicine can change it. 3 .At the same influence factors, treatment of Chinese medicine according to syndrome differentiation is good at quality of life for CHD than normally treatment of western medicine. 4.Treatment of Chinese medicine according to syndrome differentiation can decrease the influence induced multiple-factor to quality of life for CHD.
