Studies On Effective Components And Anti Microbil Effect Of Hottuynia Cordata Thunb

Hottuynia Cordata was used the overground dried of Houttuynia cordata of saururaceae plant.The main active components of Houttuynia includes essential oils and flavonoids.The study analyzed different Places, different growth period and different medicinal part of dried Houttuynia leaves,The study exact flavonoids in different parts of Houttuynia cordata Thunb by four extraction methods(water boiled extraction method; ethanol refluent extraction method; suoshi extraction method; supersonic extraction method),and to measure the flavonoids content by uv spectrum, extraction Process of Flavonoids , researching on effective components of Houttuynia, essential oil content change in different grouth period and different specieses of Houttuynia Cordata Thunb flavonoids, The Restrain effection to different specieses and different growth period of Houttuynia Cordata Thunb Essential oil .The result showed:1. The best extraction method was supersonic extraction method, the sequence of flavonoids content from different parts of Houstonian cordata Thunb was: leaf, whole grass, slim, root。 the best processing conditions : The ethanol concentration was 60%,The proportion of solid and liquid was 1 : 25,The supersonic extraction power was 600 tile,The supersonic extraction extracting was 30 minutes,The acquired amount of Houttuynia flavonoids was about(3.24 ± 0.2)%.2. To isolate the constituents by reverse phase chromatography and characterize there structures by the analysis of chemical property and spectral data; result:six compounds were isolated from the dried leaves of Houttuynia cordata Thunb and identified as β-sitosterol ,chlorogenic acid, 6,7-methoxy-benzopyrone, lonicerin,quercetin,hyperoside.six compounds were isolated from the species for the first time3. In defferent growth periods :The most high contents of essential oils was in-period flower and fruit,The most low contents of essential oils was perish period II .In different specieses:The most high contents of essential oils was zhijiang red coarse pole ,The most low contents of essential oils was zhijang wild white pole.4. In defferent growth periods:The best Injection effect was to Staphylococcus aureus and Sarcina lutea in in-period flower and fruit.The difference MTC was 10^-3mg /2ml and...
