Objective:To study the mechanism and the serviceable range of The Luo' s Ovulation Promoting Fang(LOPF) through the clinical study of the patients with the ovulation inhibition. diseases and the experiment study in the germinal vesicle, and offer the theory sustain of the TCM in treating the Ovulation Inhibition, Diseases. Meanwhile, conbine differential diagnosis of diseases with differentiation of symptoms and signs, investigate LOPF' s mechanism of action and serviceable range in the endocrine function accommodation, illuminate the association between the kidney- tiangui-Chong and the Ren genetic core' s accommodation and the nerves-endocrine-immunization' s accommodation, "and to investigate the essence of Kidney-Deficiency in the gynecology of TCM. To arrange and study the experience of the famous veteran teran doctors of TCM , and to inherit and develop theirs' academic thinking. Methods:Make the 58 patients who are in the circumscription of internalizing standard to be two groups at random: treatment group is made of 30 couples, who are treated for LOPF;control group is made of 28 persons , who are treated for clomiphene. The two groups are both treated for three menstrual cycle, when the therapeutic process come to a end, we will observe either of the two groups' change on BBT, sex hormone and the healing efficacy in the symptoms of TCM. Animal experiment is to kill the Kunming mouse through the way of dislocation of cervical vertebra , who are still be immaturity , whose weigh are all in 16-18g, after they were injected PMSG 10iu/0.1ml everyone through intraperitoneal injection for about 24 hours. After we kill the mouse, we can take out the mouse' s ovary and Fallopian tube, and then, send them to the biocytoculture room to pick out the appropriate cumulus-oocyte complexes to carry on cell culture, and the culture fluid is mix into several proportionalLOPF and clomiphene. we will observe the germinal vesicle breakdown(GVBD) under the inverted microscope after two hours. Experimentally, both groups of the LOPF and clomiphene can promote the oocyte in vitro culture GVBD, by statistics, the two groups have no significant difference, they have similar action. But the whole extent in LOPF is much better. We make the two group be in comparison with the control group separately and also find that they have no significant difference, but we can conclude from the results that the GVBD of the all kinds proportional LOPF but 1% is bigger than control group, and we come to the same conclusion. Thereout, we find that the way mixing medcine into culture fluid is good at oocyte maturity , and we also find there is a kind of dependency relationship to dose, and the stimulative relation is subsistent continuously along with the increase of the Pharmaceuticals viscosity. Results:in clinical, the group with LOPF' s total effective percentage is 76.67 % and the resumptive normal rate of the BBT is 63. 33%, which is unconspicuous to the group with clomiphene. In the examination of sex hormone, the two groups have significant difference in the item of estradiol (E2) and progesterone(P), we can illustrate that the two groups are both can hoist the level of E2 and P from this appearance, through this way to make follicular development and ovulation, and we can find that the healing efficacy in treatment group is better than the control group. The results in Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) between in the two groups are upwardly mobile, which are zero significant difference(P>0.05), but we can find that the elevatory level is better in the treatment group. In the clinical symptoms of TCM, we find that LOPF can improve the patients' Kidney-Deficiency situation a lot and improve the patients' quality of life (QOL). Conclusion:LOPF can adjust hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis' s function on the whole and average FSH, LH up, make dyshormonism better, promote ovestrin' s synthesis and release, average pituitary-gonad axis up, promote folliculardevelopment and ovulation. E2 level change can feedback regulation secretion out of FSH^ LH, and make ovarian follicle maturation and ovulation.
