objective:Confirming therapeutic effect of the variant Herbae Artemisiae Capillariae Decoction(VHACD) to bile pigment calculus in the animal experiment ,And find a safe effective method to the bile pigment stone curative effective. Methods: Randomization 75 cavies be divided into five groups (normal control group, model group, small dose treatment groups, middle dose treatment groups, large dose treatment group) in the same conditions for different intervention:giving the normal control group normal breeding; The rest groups manufactured guinea pig bile pigment calculus model by injecting hypodermica cillimycin, and then model group to continue normal breeding, the remaining group began to intragastric administration with different doses of the VHACD. In the end of experiment, collect animal liver, gallbladder, bile, serums and stones. Observer gallbladder, liver morphology changes, understanding the formation of gall to compare the differences between the groups. Then measured serum total bilirubin (TBIL), direct bilirubin (DBIL), serum calcium (Ca), glutamate-pyruvate transaminase, bile calcium (Ca) levels, The results are expressed by mean and standard deviation ( x|-±S ),and analysised with statistical analysis software packages SPSS13.0, and when P<0.05 that it is statistical significance. Results:Experimental calculus of cavia cobaya are mostly tawny sand, they exist in the gallbladder, bile duct. The rate of forming stone is 7.14% in the normal group, and 91.67% in the model group, it is showed that inducing Cholelithiasis in guinea-pigs with Lincomycinwas more successful, The rate of forming stone is 41.67% in the middle dose treatment groups, 50.00% in the large dose treatment group; These are significant difference in above groups (P<0.01), The rate of forming stone is 72.73% in the small dose treatment groups, comparing with the model group (P>0.05) without significant differences. but comparing with the normal group is a significant rise, It indicates that small dose treatment group has little therapiaing calculus effect in the level of morphology. The concentration of DBIL,TBIL,ALT and Ga++ in the Serum indicators such as measuring the value of the model group compared with the normal control group differences (P<0.01), which the differences have statistical significance, the treatment group compared with the model group indicators have significant differences, P<0.05, the differences have...
