Clinic Observation On Neuroprotection Of Fuming Oral Liquid Of Treating Primary Angle-Closureglaucoma After Operation

Objective: To observe the curative effect of using fuming oral liquid, of treating the impaired eyes' nerves of primary angle-closure glaucoma after operation.Methods: The 32 (52 eyes) cases of those patients dividing into two groups, which is traditional treating group and control group. After 4 weeks ,Compare with two kinds of treatment method in many aspects, such as eyes pressure, eyesight, visual field, P-VEP, curative effect, state of follicle ,etc.Result: (1) curative effect, treating group was superior to control group (p<0.05);(2)eyesight, the difference of treating group had the statistical significance(p<0.01), but of control group have not (p>0.05);(3)visual field, the difference of treating group between MS and MD were significant (p<0.01), the compare of MS of control group were different (p<0.05), there were difference between MS and MD about two kind of treatment (p<0.05),treating group was superior to control group;(4) P-VEP, the latency of P₁₀₀ wave of treating group didn't shorten (p>0.05) ,the same to control group. The compare of two groups on the amplitude of P₁₀₀ wave was different(p<0.05), the compare of before and after treating of two group on the amplitude of P₁₀₀ wave was different too (p<0.05) .Conclusions: The treatment of fuming oral liquid can protect the impaired eyes' nerves of Primary angle-closure glaucoma after operation, it's effect is better than the effect of control group.
