Clinical Study On Treatment Of Chronic Pyelonephritis Of Asthenia Of The Spleen And Kindney With Jian Pi Yi Shen Decoction And Ignition

Objective:According to observing the study on treatment of asthenia of the spleen and kindney CPN with Jian Pi Yi Shen Decoction and Ignition,we can not only testify the treatment method's effectiveness,but also improve the index of immune fuction and lessen the failure and recurrent rate.Method:We have treated 30 CPN patients by Jian Pi Yi Shen Decoction and Ignition;and there are also 30 CPN patients treated with Jian Pi Yi Shen Decoction as a control experiment.We observed the influence on routine urine analysis , urine bacthriologic examination, the index of immune function(IgG, IgM, IgA, CD₃⁺, CD₄⁺ , CD₈⁺, CD₄⁺ /CD₈⁺) and the long-term treatment result of these two treatment method for CPN patient.Results: â‘  Jian Pi Yi Shen Decoction and Ignition is obviously better than Jian Pi Yi Shen Decoction on improve the index of immune function(T Lymph cells of peripheral blood,serun immunoglobulin) (P<0.05). â‘¡ After six months treatment,the recovery rate of the Jian Pi Yi Shen Decoction and Ignition group is obviously higher than the group,the treatment failure rate and the recurrent rate of the Jian Pi Yi Shen Decoction and Ignition group is obviously lower than the Jian Pi Yi Shen Decoction group (P<0.05).Conclusion:â‘ Jian Pi Yi Shen Decoction and Ignition can obviously improve the cellular immune function and the humeral immune function of the CPN patients,strengthen the body's anti-infections ability,lower the relapse or repeated attack.So Jian Pi Yi Shen Decoction and Ignition has a good long-term treatment result. â‘¡ We also give a new mode of thinking and a new methodof the clinical treatment,which is benefit for the long-term treatment result of this disease.
