Thanh Hoa The Yishentang Clinical Study Of Treatment Of Chronic Pyelonephritis

This article, Which following the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine( TCM) and refering the clinical experience of my tutor, through the systematic study and inquiry about case, Pathogenesis, Therateupic principles and methods of chronic pyelonephritis, aims at the effective medicine for the ill. This study suggests the main pathogenesis of chronic pyelonephritis is asthenia of both spleen and kidney, companied with blood stasis and dampness ?heat, According to this, the treatment of nourishing the kidney and invigorating the spleen, removing blood stasis and promot- in$ blood circulation , eliminating dampness ?heat is draw up. The recipe, which absorbing the combined way of regulating body?s whole function, imploving the internal surroundings of kidney and affect the part of kidney din~ctly, of Qirig Hua Yishen decoction is prescribed. We use it to treat chronic pyelonephritis 20 cases and set up 20 cases with COSMZ as com- parative group . The result shows: the treating group?s obvious effectual rate is 85% , total effectual rate is 95% ; the comparative group?s obvious effec- tual rate is 40* ,The total effectual rate is 80% ,the treat group?s is obvi- ously better than the comparative group's(P<0.05). This study riched the theoretic content of chronic pyelonephritis?s TCM treatment , and provided effective new medicine of clinic.
