The Clinical Study In Maintenance Treatment For Remission Of Ulcerative Colitis By Coupling Use Of Jian-pi-bu-shen Decoction

Objective: To observe Jian-Pi-Bu-Shen Decoction to maintain clinical efficacy torelieve ulcerative colitis, and from the two aspects of theoretical and clinical studies toinvestigate its mechanism, clinical and theoretical basis for traditional Chinese medicine totreat the disease. Methods: Choose the standard of cases in60cases, randomly dividedinto trial group in30cases, and control group in30cases,were maintained6months oftreatment, to compare treatment groups after the clinical efficacy of TCM symptom scoreof TCM climate efficacy, colonoscopic mucosal as pathological changes of mucosal tissue,and serum the ESR, CRP and TNF-alpha, IL-10, D-dimer, the T cell subsets and the levelof change; and were followed for six months to observe recurrence6months after rate.Results: The clinical effects, TCM symptom score between the two groups of Chinesemedicine syndromes in varying degrees to improve the role, but the experimental groupthan the control group (P <0.05or P <0.01); abdominal pain, blood and pus, tenesmus threea symptom improvement after treatment of the experimental group and control groupshowed no significant difference (P>0.05), diarrhea, abdominal distension, physicalfatigue, Shenpi lazy words, the symptoms improved after treatment, the experimentalgroup than the control group, the difference statistically significant (P <0.05); colonoscopymucosal efficacy, histopathological efficacy of serum, the ESR, CRP and TNF-alpha, IL-10,T-cell subsets and other indicators are also obvious improve the role, but the two groups nosignificant difference (P>0.05); serum levels of D-dimer before and after treatmentshowed significant improvement (P <0.05), after treatment, there was a significantdifference (P <0.05).; in the rate of disease recurrence, the experimental groupsignificantly lower than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The safe and effectivetreatment of ulcerative colitis of Jian-Pi-Bu-Shen Decoction, especially in the maintenance of long-term remission, prevent relapse and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions thanWestern medicine has significant advantages, it is worth further research and promotion.And anti-inflammatory, and its mechanism may improve immune function, regulate therelease of inflammatory factors related to improve the microcirculation of the intestinalmucosa.
