Modern pharmacological confirmed Celastrus orbiculatus Thunb. a powerful anti-inflammatory,analgesic and anti-bacterial,anti- virus role, What is more important is some preliminary experiments to prove some elements (such as Sesquiterpene esters) have strong anti-tumor activity. However, at this stage, systematic study of anti-tumor activity on Celastrus orbiculatus Thunb. is almost blank. In this experiment, we study the anti-tumor activity of extractive from Celastrus orbiculatus Thunb. in vivo and in vitro to produce the scientific evidence for its further research and exploitation.1 AIMTo study the anti-tumor activity of extractive from Celastrus orbiculatus Thunb. in vitro.
