ObjectiveRenal cell carcinoma were divided into five subtypes: clear cell renal cell carcinoma, papillary renal cell carcinoma, chromophobe cell renal cell carcinoma, Collecting duct carcinoma and unclassified renal cell carcinoma The appearance of MRI and the results of clinical-pathology of 234 cases with RCC were analyzed and discussed retrospectively in this study.Materials and Methods234 patients (244 lesions; 67 female, 167 male; age 24-78 years; median age 53.54 years) with pathologically proved RCC were analyzed retrospectively between January 1997 and January 2006.
