ObjectiveThis study aimed to observe the antioxygent effect of various dose of propofol in the liver I/R model of rat by detecting the malondialdehyde(MDA) content and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity in liver tissue ,and by measuring the concentration CD11b and analyzing the genes expression of ICAM-1 of selected patients who underwent partial hepatectomy, to research the mechanism of hepatic ischemic-reperfusion clinically. In order to provent ischemic-reperfusion injury of liver in period-operation time and to look for a ideal anaesthesia medicine to provent this effect.Methods1. The I/R model of rat was built according to the method of Kobayashi. Sixty healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups, twenty animals each. Group A: control group; Group B: propofol 2mg·100g-1·h-1 group; Group C: propofol 4mgl00g-1·h-1 group. Each group was divided into four subgroups (n=5); subgroup a: beginning; subgroup b:30min-ischemain and 30min-reperfusion; subgroup c: 60min-ischemain and 60min-reperfusion and subgroup d:60min-ischemia and 120min-reperfusion. The malondialdehyde(MDA) content and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity in liver tissue was detected by colorimetry method.2. Forty patients undergoing elective partial hepatectomy in normothermic status were divided into two groups randomly. All patients underwent an anesthesia with propofol and tracium and midazolam. Observe group:the propofol...
