Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of glutathione in the treatment of precision liver resection. Methods The clinical data of 40 patients who underwent hepatobiliary surgery at TAIZHOU people Hospital for liver cancer from July 2019 to March 2021 were selected.Among them,20 patients in the experimental group were the precision liver resection group using reduced glutathione during the operation, including 11 male patients and 9female patients, aged 35 to 75 years, with an average age of(62.37±9.7)years.The 20 cases in the control group were those who did not use glutathione during precision liver resection, including 12 males and 8 females, aged 37 to 78 years, with an average age of(64.7±10.3)years.All enrolled patients were taken blood 1 day before and 1 day after operation, and serum SOD,T-AOC and MDA levels of all observers were detected. Results The results of this study showed that the level of serum SOD in the experimental group was 82.97 ± 11.63(U/ml)and the control group was 84.15 ±12.15(U/ml)on the first day before surgery. The comparison between the two groups was P>0.05.The preoperative serum T-AOC level in the experimental group was 18.26±3.43(units/ml)and the control group was 17.84±3.57(units/ml).The comparison between the two groups was P>0.05.The preoperative serum MDA level in the experimental group was 4.12±0.67(nmol/ml)and the control group was4.17±0.63(nmol/ml).The comparison between the two groups was P>0.05.It can be seen that there is no significant difference in the three serum indexes of patients before surgery.Serum SOD of the experimental group on the first day after the operation was66.82±6.97(U/ml)and the control group was 63.76±6.89(U/ml).The comparison between the two groups was P>0.05.The serum T-AOC of the experimental group on the first day after the operation was 14.75.±3.08(units/ml)and the control group were14.32±2.81(units/ml),the comparison between the two groups was P>0.05.Serum MDA of the two groups was 8.11±0.91(nmol/ml)in the experimental group and 11.93±1.39(nmol/ml)in the control group on the first day after operation. The comparison between the two groups was P<0.05.It can be seen that glutathione was used in precision liver resection. The postoperative blood test serum SOD,serum T-AOC,in the group were no significantly better than those in the group that did not use glutathione during precise liver resection(P>0.05).But the MDE indicators have The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions In summary, the application of glutathione in precision liver resection is safe and effective, can reduce postoperative liver ischemia-reperfusion injury, and is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
