The Relational Research Of Fatty Liver & Constitution Type

Objective: Through the study on patient's pathologic constitution type of fatty liver, it comes to probe into constitution characteristic, constitution factor and the relation on the disease accidence. The seminar finds close relations between the constitution and the disease accidence of the fatty liver from long-term clinical observation. So the subject proceed with constitution and study the relations between the common constitution type and etiopathogenesis & nosogenesis, offer new thinking and method for the prevention and the clinic therapy of fatty liver.Method: Applying to constitution theory of Tradition Chinese Medicine(TCM) and the method of clinical investigation ,we investigated to 109 fatty liver patients which had been made definite diagnosis according to the iconography diagnostic standard in BaoJi, XianYang and other places, and distincted their type, we analyzed the investigation result by statistics.Result: There are total 109 fatty liver patients including 67 male and 42 female. , male exceeds female in 21- 50 on the age bracket; it is reversed in 51-70. Investigation finds that common constitution of fatty liver have 6 types:phlegm-dampness constitution, damp-heat constitution, Yin-deficiency constitution, static-blood constitution, indeficiency-cold constitution, energy-stagnant constitution. Phlegm-dampness constitution have 48, accounts for 44%;damp-heat constitution have 38,standing for 34.9%; Yin-deficiency constitution have 6, account for 5.5%; static-blood constitution has 6, standing for 5.5%; indeficiency-cold constitution have 3,accounting for 2.8%; energy-stagnant constitution has 8, standing for7.3%.
