Clinical Observation Of TCM Constitution Conditioning Combined With Medicine In The Treatment Of Acne With Dampness-heat Constitution

Objective:(1)Based on the constitution theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the correlation between acne and dampness-heat constitution was discussed,and the related factors were analyzed.By avoiding the related risk factors,the physical conditioning,to achieve the prevention,treatment of acne and reduce its recurrence of the effect.(2)To observe the clinical effect of Peiboqingfei decoction,ear acupoint pressure and TCM constitution conditioning in the treatment of acne with dampness-heat constitution.Methods:(1)the method of epidemiological investigation,questionnaires from questionnaire star network platform,in January 2020 to January 2021 in nanjing university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital of jiangsu province hospital plastic surgery and dermatology clinic of 128 patients with acne release questionnaire,data statistics and analysis,to analyze the correlation of damp heat constitution and acne.(2)68 cases of damp heat constitution unusual type of acne patients were randomly divided into treatment group of Chinese medicine and western medicine control group,each group of 34 cases,the treatment group to the damp heat constitution regulate guidance,loquat qing lung drinks one oral with ear treatment,control group with minocycline hydrochloride capsules(generic name:"mei man")oral,cooperate,west to sour cream(stand,butyl)for external use only.The treatment course of both groups was 6 weeks.After treatment,the clinical symptom relief,the changes of acne grading system scale(GAGS)score and the changes of humidity and heat constitution scale score were observed.Results:(1)Among the 128 acne patients,84(65.6%)were patients with dampness-heat constitution and 44(34.4%)were patients with non-dampness-heat constitution.(2)There were statistical differences in diet,sleep,exercise habits,genetic factors,skin texture and other aspects between patients with wet and hot constitution and patients with non-wet and hot constitution acne.(P<0.05)(3)There was no statistical difference in acne severity(P>0.05)between patients with wet and hot constitution and those with non-wet and hot constitution(Pillsbury scale).(4)The GAGS score of the control group was(26.32±7.79)points before treatment and(12.79±2.86)points after treatment.The GAGS scores of the treatment group were(27.12±7.07)points before and(10.94±2.39)points after treatment.After treatment,GAGS scores in both groups decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and GAGS scores in the treatment group decreased more than that in the control group(P<0.05).(5)In the control group,the subscale conversion score was(72.43±8.58)points before treatment and(72.18±7.09)points after treatment.The subscale conversion score in the treatment group was(72.55±7.68)points before treatment and(41.67±6.65)points after treatment.After treatment,the transformation scores of the subscale of dampness and heat constitution in the treatment group decreased(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the transformation scores of the subscale of dampness and heat constitution in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05),and the transformation scores of the subscale of dampness and heat constitution in the treatment group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(6)The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.18%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 70.59%after treatment.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:(1)There is a correlation between acne and hot and humid constitution.Hot and humid constitution is one of the important susceptibility factors of acne.The formation of hot and humid constitution is related to diet,sleep,exercise habits,genetics,mental state and many other factors.(2)TCM constitution conditioning,oral administration of Loquat Qingfei Decoction combined with ear acupoint pressing dou in the treatment of dampness-heat constitution acne,can effectively reduce skin lesions,improve patients’ dampness-heat constitution,with definite clinical effect.
