Data Analysis Systerm Of Birth Defects In Chongqing Based On GIS

Objective: In order to construct a comprehensive system for a good command of birth-defect data from time, space, surroundings, inheritance, category and offer scientific reference to health decision-making officers, build the birth-defect database, data analysis module and Geographic data analysis system.Methods: Use delphi7.0 as the base and access2000 as database ,combining VBA as data analysis,Mapobjects2.2,Visual foxpro as GIS to program.Result: Build the birth defect database of chongqing, Geographic Information System module and data analysis module.Conclusion: By the using of Geographic Information System,data analysis module and birth-defect database of chongqing, we have a good comprehensive anaysis on spatial and characteristic data,making complex data ,analysis result so simple and visual such as digital map,offtering good way to do further research and scientific reference to health decision-making officers.
