Objective:The aim of this study was to assess the clinical relative factors , pathology diagnostic and their correlation between HBeAg postive and HBeAg negative chronic hepatitis B (CHB). And to determine the difference of the pathology diagnosis between liver biopsies with chronic hepatitis B. And to investigate the alpha-smooth muscle actin, hepatic fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B.Methods:For assessing the histopathological features and its relation to alanine aminotransferase, bilirubin, albumin,HBV DNA levels in HBeAg positive and HBeAg negative chronic hepatitis B, liver biopsy samples of 260 chronic hepatitis B were scored according to histological hepatitis activity index (HAI).Comparation of the diagnostic difference of two spots of liver biopsy in 55 patients with chronic hepatitis B has been done. Human liver biopsies were divided into four groups according to the degree of liver fibrosis, samples were stained with anti-alpha-smooth muscle actin antibody by immunoperoxidase method. Results:There was no association between HBVDNA levels and liver histological damage in HBeAg-positive patients.Alanine aminotransferase...
