Establishment Of Synthetic Assessment Index System For Special Medical Techniques

Nowadays, medical treatment authorities in China lack enough understanding about the special medical technique, confused about the definition, the definition and the uniform criterion. Basing on literature review and interview to medical experts, the author of the thesis studied connotation and definition of special medical techniques. After two rounds of consultation upon the medical experts with Delphi method, the author worked out harmonious coefficients, 0.705 and 0.801 respectively for the two-round interviews, using statistical software SPSS 13.0 for data analysis. The assessment index system consists of 4 first-class indexes, 10 second-class indexes and 18 third-class indexes. Based on it, the weighing coefficient of the three-level indexes was worked out by using expert consultation method and Sum Average method. After that, 13 medical techniques from two hospitals of Grade 3 were selected to validate the assessment system, followed by assessing its reliability by statistical analysis of the data (with consistency coefficient a 0.83).
