| Objection To study the clinical effect of Wen Shen Tiao Jing Zhu Yun Tang(pro.zhang formulated it based on the method of warm kidney and uterus) on treating sterility due to anovulation, and provide scientific basic for the clinical application of it.Method 102 cases patients were divided into two groups randomly as treated group 54 case and controlled group 48 cases. The treated group used Wen Shen Tiao Jing Zhu Yun Tang and the controlled group used Tiao Jing Cu Yun Wan . Contrasting the curative effect between two groups, then analyzing the variables by statistical method.Result In general, the effect of treated group on treating sterility due to anovulation better than that of controlled group(p<0.05); the whole symptom improvement in treated group is more obvious than that in controlled group(p<0.05). In treated group there are different effect in different groups(based on age, course of disease and patient's condition).Conclusion Method of Warm Kidney and Uterus is an effective way to treat sterility due to anovulation; Wen Shen Tiao Jing Zhu Yun Tang can regular the body as a whole; The effect is lower when the patient is older, the course of disease is longer and the patient's condition is worse. |
