Purpose:1. Useing the constitution Questionnaire and variety symptoms Questionnaires to investigate 60 cases of patients with POF and physical factors related.Method:1.50 cases of POF were randomly divided into two groups, were given Zi shen yu tai wan plus Zi gui yi jing tang and Vitamin E plus Zi gui yi jing tang, to treat 6 months. Treating 3 months and 6 months, frist, we can observing symptom score before and after treatment, menstrual changes; second, testing FSH, LH, E2, AMH levels in 2-4 days menstrual blood; Thrid, checking the thickness of the endometrium、 ovaries volume、 the number of follicles、 bilateral ovarian blood flow changes by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound.Results:1. POF patients’key constitutions are the Qi Deficiency、Yang Def iciency、 Yin Deficiency、Stasis、Phlegm constitution, compared with healthy people, which having significant differences. POF patients’Gentleness is the least;2. The survey found that POF factors related to infection factors, psychological factors, abortion, surgical factors, drug factors based, and radioactive factors, genetic factors, autoimmune disease is relatively rare, are also part of the POF, the incidence in patients with unknown reasons (idiopathic factors);3. Clinical studies have shown that Zi shen yu tai wan plus Zi gui yi jing tang not only able to improve the clinical symptoms of patients with POF, can also increase the AMH, decrease FSH values, increase bilateral ovarian blood supply, reduce ovarian blood flow resistance, increase endometrial thickness, better than the vitamin E group;4. Zi shen yu tai wan plus Zi gui yi jing tang has a good effect in the treatment of premature ovarian failure, the total effective rate is 69.5%, in the medication period, we could find no significant adverse reactions。Conclusion:1. POF patients exist in Physical bias, the Qi Def iciency、Yang Deficiency、 Yin Deficiency、Stasis、Phlegm constitution were susceptible constitutions;2. Psychological factors、infectious factors、idiopathic factors、 abortion、surgical factors、drug factors incidence were major factors of POF;3. Clinical studies have shown that Zi shen yu tai wan plus Zi gui yi jing tang not only able to improve the clinical symptoms of patients with POF, can also increase the AMH, decrease FSH values, increase bilateral ovarian blood supply, reduce ovarian blood flow resistance, increase endometrial thickness, better than the vitamin E group。...
