Perpose: To observe the clinical efficacy of "Yi Shen Shu Gan Tiao Jing Soup "on the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding of luteal phase defect with kidney deficiency with liver stagnation, try to understand the key mechanism of treatmentMethod: 34 cases of uterine bleeding of luteal phase defect with kidney deficiency with liver stagnation were given yi shen shu gan tiao jing soup,The toal course lasted for 3 months. Symptom score of TCM ; the amelioration of clinical symptom; the sex hormone: estradiol (E₂), progesterone(P), Luteinizing Hormone(LH), Follicle Stimulating Hormone(FSH), Prolactin(PRL), Testosterone(T); and the change of basal body temperature were checked to observe the results. we compared the results before and after the treatments in order to observe the effect of "yi shen shu gan tiao jing soup"Results: According to the main index and Chinese Medicine syndromes,the curative effect rate is 90.0%. The level of the sex hormones including estradiol (E2), progesterone(P), Luteinizing Hormone(LH), Follicle Stimulating Hormone(FSH) are elevated compared pretherapy ,and the level of Prolactin(PRL)is degraded compared pretherapy. Testosterone(T) isn't discovered evident change high-temperature of basal bodyConclusion: "Yi Shen Shu Gan Tiao Jing Soup " can regulate the level of sex hormones , improve the high-temperature of BBT. Thus it can be seen"Yi Shen Shu Gan Tiao Jing Soup "can effective prescription of the dysfunctional uterine bleeding of luteal phase defect with kidney deficiency with liver stagnation.
