The Study Of Zhe Correlation Between Traditional Medical Syndrome And The Interpretation Of Laboratory In Myelodysplastic Syndrome

Objective:Based on the basic theory of Chinese medicine and clinical, the etiology of traditional Chinese medicine in MDS is classified into three categories :Wai xie ,Nei do ,Zheng xu , the interpretation of laboratory in myelodysplastic syndrome into two categories : interpretation of blood and interpretation of bone marrow. And there is a certain relationship between the etiology of traditional Chinese medicine(wai xie ,nei do ,zheng xu )and the chang in the interpretation of laboratory in myelodysplastic syndrome .In our study we analyzed the clinical symptom of traditional Chinese medicine and the the interpretation of laboratory in myelodysplastic syndrome in quantitative way. The relationship between symptomatic score of traditional Chinese medicine and the score of laboratory interpretation is studied and the effect of the etiology of traditional Chinese medicine on the change in the interpretation of laboratory in MDS is evaluated .Methods : clinical diagnosis of MDS patients as to the integrity of medical records, one reading, refresher medical records, course of disease records ,blood checks, marrow checks.
